The Punch Line box office opens 1 hour before doors on show nights and is located inside the venue. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be invalid, refunded, lost, stolen or counterfeit, and if so are void.

Punch Line Irving is an 18 and over venue. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Restrictions apply; please reach out to us PunchLineIrving@livenation.com with any specific questions!

No large bags over 12"x6"x12", backpacks, Camelbacks or Bota bags.

Yes, we have a 2 beverage minimum per guest in our showroom.

Yes, but you do not have to purchase an alcoholic beverage. Mocktails, sodas, juices, sparkling waters and more are also available to you.

Although we have a robust menu of food offerings, only beverages (including non-alcoholic items) count toward the two-drink minimum.

Our shows often do sell out, so it's best to plan ahead and purchase your tickets in advance. However if this should happen and you want to try your luck, you are more than welcome to come to the venue early and wait in our "standby line" in the event that more tickets are released just prior to showtime. Please check in with our box office 1 hour before show time and they will give you further instruction.

No, there is no re-entry.

Tickets for cancelled shows can be refunded at the point of purchase. If you purchased tickets online through PunchLineIrving.com, LiveNation.com or Ticketmaster.com, your refund will automatically be processed in 3-5 business days.

Please check the individual show listing on our website, but generally, 1 hour before show time on early shows and 30 minutes on late shows.

2. No guns, knives, weapons, pepper spray, projectiles of any kind, or any other item that could be used to inflict harm.
3. Replicas of any type of weapon are NOT permitted
4. No drugs, drug paraphernalia or illegal substances of any kind
5. No large bags over 12"x6"x12", backpacks, Camelbacks or Bota bags.
6. No outside food or beverages.
7. No personal video cameras, Go-Pros, selfie sticks, drones, masks or laser pointers.
8. No professional audio, video, or audio recording equipment - (including detachable lenses, tripods, zooms or commercial use rigs)
9. No unsealed liquids or gels of any kind
10. No jewelry or clothing that could inflict harm
11. This list of prohibited items is subject to change at the discretion of venue management.
12. Any gifts for the artist is subject to search.

General Admission seating is first-come first-served, so please arrive with your full party for the best chance at being seated together.

Please note: large parties will be seated toward the back of the room. 

Ticketing: ADA tickets can be purchased online at Ticketmaster.com. You do not need to call the box office to place an order as all of our accessible tickets are available through Ticketmaster. Look for the logo on the Find Tickets page to view all available accessible seats. We do have accessible seating in various price ranges, but be advised it does occasionally sell out. We have limited seating available for guests on the day of the event so please make sure you purchase accessible seating when you order tickets.

Unexpected Needs: If you have had an injury or illness that prevents you from using the original seat you purchased, please email us at PunchLineIrving@LiveNation.com to coordinate accommodations in advance of the show. We have a limited number of seats available on the day of the show for such issues, but we cannot guarantee we will be able to seat you. Please remember that accessible seating permits for the guest with the accessible need and one companion.

Interpreter Requests: If you will need an interpreter for an event, please give us at least 2 weeks' notice to secure. Guests who request an interpreter will need to pick up their tickets at will call. When the tickets are picked up we will introduce you to your interpreter for the evening and take you to your seats. There is no charge to arrange for an interpreter for your visit.

Hearing Assistance: Guests that require assisted listening devices can contact our venue office prior to the event to arrange for a device. Please give us at least 2 weeks notice. We can be reached via email at PunchLineIrving@LiveNation.com.

Service Animals: Service animals are permitted inside the venue during events. Only registered working animals are permitted. Punch Line Irving requires, consistent with the ADA, that service animals must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered, unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the individual’s disability prevents them from using these devices. Individuals who cannot use such devices must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal, or other effective methods.
